How we work together

I offer in‑person therapy beside Canary Wharf station, as well as online and telephone sessions for clients across London and the UK. Sessions are warm, steady, and paced to support your nervous system, not overwhelm it.


My practice continues to evolve through ongoing learning, specialist training, and reflective supervision. I’m currently deepening my knowledge in trauma‑informed approaches, inner child and parts work, shame and self‑esteem, and supporting professionals experiencing stress, burnout, or workplace difficulties. I’m committed to staying thoughtful, up‑to‑date, and attuned so I can offer therapy that truly meets you where you are.
